Aman & Partners today announced that it has been named the winner of the ‘Law Firm of the Year’ award for Ethiopia at the IFLR Africa Awards 2022. The Law Firm has also been awarded the ‘M&A Deal of the Year’ award for legal advisory and due diligence work on the Ardagh Group / Consol Holdings deal together with our alliance firm Bowmans, and Nigeria’s Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie.

Furthermore, Mintewab Afework Abebe, our Senior Associate, has been awarded the ‘Rising Star of Year’ award, a well-deserved honor.
