With increased regional trade and commerce, parallel growth of dispute settlement forums and professionals equipped to handle regional disputes becomes imminent. At the recent 6th East Africa International Arbitration Conference themed “Re-focusing Regional Trade, Energy and Arbitration”, we were invited to speak at the conference.
